Who is this suspect? (UBEV 08/05/2017)

This female is wanted for questioning in an Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle (FELONY) case. The original offense occurred in the parking lot of Longhorn Restaurant on Hwy 280 (08/05/2017). One of the stolen items included the victim’s purse.

Several days later on 08/08, the pictured suspect was observed at a bank near Atlanta (Lithonia, GA) attempting to negotiate (cash/deposit) the victim’s stolen checks.
